Connectathon-Process-RIS Mall


  1. Moore: Develop a 30-45 training exercise/test of the RIS Mall for participants to run in advance. Run these 10 exercises to make sure you understand the tool for the Connectathon. Have this available 45 days in advance of the Connectathon.
  2. Moore: Allow participants to pre-load data into the RIS Mall starting 30 days in advance of the Connectathon.
  1. Sasi: My suggestions are specific to RIS MAll patient registration page. Currently all the address data is being entered into one field. This is an issue during HL7 message generation. Patient address field needs to be split into address, city, state, zip etc
  2. Sasi: Modify date field - validate date before inserting to database.
  1. Levy: Allow multi-selection of destination systems when sending ADT messages. For example, send one A04 to my system, a PIX manager, and a registry at one time.
  2. Levy: Hoping Steve means that preloaded data can be sent all at once by pressing one button on the RIS Mall.
