  1. Moore: I did not spend time with the lab actors. I need your help in suggesting improvements.
  2. Max: I'm afraid feedback will be minimal as there were very few vendors that tested against these profiles. From what I saw the greatest difficulty was finding another vendor that was doing it. Capmed thought they were the only ones until day 3.
