Who Delivered Next Step
INRIA Port to Jboss 5 and JDK 6 : Application TM, PR, GMM and DDS are now ported to Jboss 5 and JDK 6. This is still under test and production is not using Jboss 5 for the moment. Continue testing and developping with Jboss 5 and JDK 6. Migrate test engine to Jboss 5. 90% of the tasked is now done. We still need to fix a problem with pdf generation using jasperreports (low level task)
INRIA Certificates management: Work is still in progress. Application can now generate certificate requests as well as selfed signed certificates. Need validation with CA and extended testing. 90% of the tasked is done. We need to finish the upload of certificates generated by the CA. Deletion of certificates when deleting a system.
INRIA Configuration Management Improved of access to configuration. Needed by simulators and Test Engine. Need to add drools data for the new Integration profiles
INRIA Proxy First component of the proxy is now available : start and stop of proxy between 2 sockets. Capture of HL7 messages
  • Need to capture Dicom conversation
  • Need to store data in the database.
INRIA Product Registry Worked on the management part of PR. The crawler that checks the availability of the integration statements online. Improvement of the GUI and port to Jboss 5
INRIA Demographic Data Server : First version of the Demographic Data Server is available. The server allow the generation of dummy patients for testing purpose. The dummy patient have names that are realistics and addresses that make sense. The tool night build is available at the following url : http://sumo-test.irisa.fr:8080/DDS. A web service is also available that allow a request to the server to send an HL7 message to specific IP/port. Still need to work on the following task.
  • Add a dns entry to make it available under demographic-data-server.ihe.net .
  • Add entries for japan (firstname and lastname)
  • Write documentation for end user
  • Announce it, for trial usage

Abderrazek will start on the project this week.

MIR Hand off design of PCC/CDA tests to Steve Moore Steve to start writing PCC/CDA content tests
MIR Have base classes for simulator actors, including command-line control program, WSDL web server control interface, server and client message processors, HL7V2 message server and client, simple HL7V2 client and server implementations Have tied together command line interface and WSDL applications. Need to tie in Web GUI

Planned Features (14-Sept-2009 thru 28-Sept-2009)

Who Projected Deliverable for 28-Sep-2009 Next Step
INRIA
MIR - Miss from last time, need to deliver for 28-Sep At least one simulator/server responding to V3 queries (QED, or PIXV3, or PDQV3). Answers read out of a fixed database with SQL entered by hand (e.g., 5 PIX patients in a database, no GUI to enter more patients). Move that into DMZ for participant testing in Oct
MIR Web GUI that allows user to enter demographics and send V2 A04 message. The purpose is to place this tool in the MIR DMZ so users can send A04 messages with patient identifiers to the NIST registry, to registries from other participants and to PIX managers / PDQ suppliers available on the Internet. Need to tie Web GUI to Web Service functions.
MIR Start writing PCC content tests
MIR Continue work on existing MESA platform for new profiles Oct 1 delivery data for participants

INRIA Connectathon Monitor Management :
INRIA Configuration Management :
  • Added management of OID's to be used by test participants
  • Redesigned configuration for webservices as we have different types of webservices needs (RID, XDS a and b, HL7 V3 ...)
  • Added procedure to check list of possibles configuration for each actor/profile combination. This generates a report that helps the connectathon management team to check for missing configurations in the tool.
Check for missing configuration in the tool
INRIA Created a version of Gazelle for demonstration purpose. Available at the URL : http://sumo-test.irisa.fr:8080/gazelle-demo Add a dns entry to make it available under gazelle-demo.ihe.net and announce it.

  • Test engine and Gazelle Control Module do not share user : Fix it
  • Improve communication between Test Engine and Gazelle Control Module (requires migration to Jboss5)
