NA2008/Test 40830

This page contains the sample APS created for test 40830. Because this is late, we are putting this on a wiki page.

We ask that you render/import the APS document and provide comments on the wiki and to the larger community. That is the sample problem has some errors in it. We will need to make this a community project to get the sample right (and therefore help your applications).
