This page contains the sample quries for test 41002 for the North American 2008 MESA tests.
Instructions for Clinical Data Consumer actors:
- Place your sample queries in a zip file using the naming convention listed in test 41002.
- Create an account on the wiki and login with that account.
- Click on the link in the Table of Sample below for your system. If your system is not listed, edit the table to add your system, or contact Steve Moore for assistance.
- When you click on the link, upload your file
Instructions for Problems/Allergies Repository and other actors:
- If you see a red link, that means the sample is not yet uploaded. Click on the blue links to get samples.
- We do not provide a spreadsheet for fear of abuse
- Follow the instructions listed in test 41002.
- Take the Results Table below and convert into a spreadsheet. Complete the spreadsheet and upload the results into the Kudu or Gazelle tool according to the directions in test 41002.
