shall be able to create a new patient in their system with arbitary demographics assigned by test case
shall be able to send at least one of (A01, A04, A05) message to at least one destination upon request
shall be able to send an A08 (update) message and A40 (merge) message to at least one destination upon request.			The actions required to update the patient (A08) or merge two patients (A40) are up to the person running the Patient Identity Source. The end result is that the required HL7 message should be transmitted.
