Individual Tests

General Test Instructions

41001: QED Sample Query - Vital Signs

In this test, you create a sample QED Vital Signs query that will be reviewed by other participants. The goal of this test is to prepare those other actors (Repository actors) so they are not surprised during Connectathon events. In order to facilitate their testing, please submit your samples 2-3 weeks before the usual test deadlines.

References

Instructions

1. Create one or more sample QED Vital Signs queries that would be transmitted to a Vital Signs Data Repository. Store these as XML files.

2. Create a README.txt file that lists each query file and a brief (one sentence) description of the query.

3. Place the queries and README.txt file in a zip file. Name this file KUDU_NAME_41001.zip where KUDU_NAME is the name of your system in the Kudu or Gazelle tool (not your product name).

4. Place the zip file on the ([Connectathon Wiki]) on the page reserved for test 41001. There should already be a row allocated for your sample.

5. Communicate with the participants who implement the Vital Signs Data Repository to see if they can process your query.

Evaluation

Evaluation is an iterative process between your system and the Vital Signs Data Repository. Work with those participants until you have agreement on the query content.

41002: QED Sample Query - Problems and Allergies

In this test, you create a sample QED Problems/Allergies query that will be reviewed by other participants. The goal of this test is to prepare those other actors (Repository actors) so they are not surprised during Connectathon events.
